We are delighted to announce that the 2025 EDCF Convention will take place in Italy on February 26th-27th (Wednesday and Thursday) at ARCADIA in Stezzano (near Bergamo) and ARCADIA in Melzo (Milan). Stezzano can be reached easily by international flights to Aeroporto di Bergamo-Orio al Serio.
On Wednesday February 26th 2025, location will be ARCADIA in Stezzano (near Bergamo) where we are looking forward to kick off the Convention with Presentations, discussions and workshops on today´s and future Cinema Technology. ARCADIA Stezzano (Bergamo) is located inside Le Due Torri Shopping Center in Stezzano.

On Thursday February 27th 2025, we will visit the flagship location of ARCADIA Melzo (Milan), followed by a visit to the headquarter and factory of Cinemeccanica in nearby Settala (Milan). ARCADIA Melzo (Milan) is located in Via Martiri della Liberta’ in Melzo.
We very much appreciate the participation not only of EDCF members but also of international cinema operators. This will encourage fruitful discussions on current technology topics.
In this context, we are particularly excited that the ANEC (Associazione Nazionale Esercenti Cinema) association has agreed to participate and promote our event. We hope that many Italian exhibitors will join us at our conference, further enriching the experience for all attendees.
The convention will start around lunchtime on February 26th so attendees can travel on that very morning. It will finish after lunch on February 27th to allow travelling back on the same day.
